  1. What types of products do you offer? We are selling Moroccan clothes like caftans, djellabas, and abayas. Each piece is crafted with care and tradition by skilled Moroccan artisans.
  2. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will see the shipping charges at checkout.
  3. How long does shipping take? Shipping times depend on your location:

Domestic orders: 3-5 business days International orders: 7-15 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

  1. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.
  2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

  4. Can I cancel or modify my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes as the order processing will have begun.

We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
